1. Who we are. Cows Can Fly sells online video courses. These terms govern your use of this website and the courses you buy on it. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. 2. Your account. You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. Your account is personal to you. Sharing your login, or letting anyone else use your access, is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund. Course videos carry a visible marker identifying the account playing them. 3. What you get. A one-time payment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course for as long as we operate it, including updates we publish to that course. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the course, not a guarantee of any fixed number of years. 4. What you may not do. You may not download, re-record, copy, resell, share or publicly show the course material, or use it to train a machine-learning model. You keep ownership of the films and work you create using what you learn. 5. Price and payment. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. A tax invoice is issued for every completed order and is available in your account. 6. Refunds. See the refund policy below. 7. Community and support. Forums, comments and reviews are moderated. Content that is abusive, unlawful, or posted to advertise something else may be removed and repeat offenders may lose access. Support requests are answered during Indian business hours. 8. Availability. We aim to keep the course available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service; maintenance and outages happen. If a course is permanently withdrawn within twelve months of your purchase we will refund you pro rata. 9. Our liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. The course is educational: we cannot promise any particular commercial or creative result from taking it. 10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified to you by email and will not apply retrospectively to a purchase already made. 11. Governing law. Indian law applies and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. 12. Contact. Reach us from the Support section of your account.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. This is our own guarantee and sits on top of any right you have by law. How to ask: contact us from the Support section of your account with your order number, within 7 days of the payment. What happens: we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it. A credit note is issued against the original tax invoice. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued. After 7 days the sale is final, except where a refund is required by law or where we have permanently withdrawn a course you bought within the last twelve months.
